Every item we sell is guaranteed authentic.
How we source
We purchase directly from authorised retailers and established luxury boutiques in Europe — primarily Italy and France. Each piece is acquired for a specific client order, which is why our listings show a short sourcing window before dispatch.
How we verify
Before an item is packed, it is checked in person against brand-specific markers: stitching, hardware, interior labelling, serial or date codes, and the accompanying tags, dust bag and receipt where supplied. Items that do not pass are never shipped.
What you receive
- The item as described, with the brand's original tags and packaging where available
- The supplier invoice or proof of purchase, included in the parcel where the brand permits
- A written confirmation of authenticity on request
Verify it yourself — you do not have to take our word for it
You are welcome to have any item verified independently, before or after delivery:
- Brand verification, where the brand provides it. Moncler and Stone Island pieces carry a Certilogo tag — a 12-digit CLG code on the sewn-in label. Enter that code at certilogo.com and the brand's own system will confirm authenticity. Where such a tag is present we show a photograph of it in the listing so you can check it yourself.
- Any recognised third-party authentication service. You may submit the item at your own cost to a recognised authenticator — for example Real Authentication, or a professional authenticator that issues Entrupy certificates.
Our guarantee
If the brand's own verification, or a recognised third-party authentication service, determines that an item we sold is not authentic, you are entitled to a full refund — including the cost of the authentication and any import duties you were charged.
Please return the item to us in the condition you received it, complete with its original tags, packaging and any documents supplied. We cover the cost of return shipping up to USD 50; any amount above that is at your own expense. We will send you return instructions within one business day, and refund you in full once the item has been received and checked.
