Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All items are sourced from Europe on a per-order basis. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 3 to 7 business days for order processing, sourcing, and packaging. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT+8).

Transit Time & Shipping Rates After your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated international transit time is 7 to 13 business days. The total expected delivery time from the date of purchase is 10 to 20 business days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the items.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your destination country. Maison LZ is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
